So I found this model from Half-Life 2 that I thought would work perfectly for the cleansers/fizzlers/emancipation grilles within the Underground of Cloned Cube. I also made sort of a “showering” particle that spreads out the beads from the original fizzlers.

A somewhat complete-ish map of the Underground Building in Cloned Cube. Set miles underground, this building contains all of the Aperture Science Beta tests.

So, I decided to give you Tumblr guys a little treat! Here are some screenshots from the latest level I’m working on in Cloned Cube. Now I’m not going to reveal much about what this level is or storyline but I tried to make it inspired from the style of the Underground areas in Portal 2 with big light sources, woody textures, and large shadows cast with lightmaps.
